|With traditional teaching methods, Language teachers carefully select vocabulary and structures according to the level of their students. They then work to create texts using that language content. This professional learning session challenges teachers to incorporate real life texts as a basis for language learning, exploring with their students how meaning is made. Participants explore the intercultural richness of learning that comes with real life texts and how to scaffold texts with clever levels of questioning to make the texts accessible for learners.|
