What if I can’t get to a workshop?
You would love to attend a workshop, but time or distance makes it hard for you to get to one. Online courses offer you all the learning benefits of face to face workshops, but you get to attend from the comfort of your favourite armchair (even in your pjs!) The courses offer the same content as a full day workshop, but are conducted in the evening and spread over the course of about 4 weeks.
What do I need to join the course?
A computer with reliable internet connection, and headphones. We will connect in real time, but through the internet instead of face to face. You will be able to see my computer screen to follow what I am doing and hear my voice. You can even stop me and ask questions whenever you need.
What if my internet goes down while I am doing your course?
To ensure that your professional development continues beyond the workshop, Leanne provides all participants with resources online. You will be able to log in to a special page for participants only, where you can access videos that repeat what you learnt in the course and any other provided support materials. You can even use the comment section to chat with other participants or ask questions if you need further clarification.
How can I apply my learning?
You will be given tasks so that you can apply what you have learnt in the sessions. It is recommended to allow some time straight after the completion of each session to complete the task. You can upload your completed tasks to the participants only site for sharing, feedback and discussion.
What if I need help to complete the tasks?
Ask a question in the participants only section, or send Leanne an email for support in between the course sessions.
What if I need to cancel?
Make sure you read and understand the cancellation policy.
